The two offline methods
TSforge writes licensing data directly into the token store. It activates Windows, Windows Server, Windows 10 ESU and perpetual Office without a single outbound packet. Result is permanent.
KMS38 manipulates gatherosstate to set the expiry to January 2038. Also fully offline. The state is local, so a feature update resets it.
HWID cannot work offline — by definition it registers a license with Microsoft's servers. If you see a guide claiming offline HWID, it is describing something else.
Getting the script onto the machine
On the connected machine:
- Download the archive.
- Verify the hash:
Get-FileHash .\\MAS_AIO.cmd -Algorithm SHA256. - Copy to a USB drive.
On the offline machine, extract to a short ASCII path such as C:\\MAS. Do not run directly from the USB drive — some batch operations behave badly on removable media with slow I/O, and a mid-run disconnect leaves partial licensing state.
Running TSforge
Run MAS_AIO.cmd as administrator → TSforge Activation → pick Windows or Office → reboot when it completes.
Reboot matters here more than with other methods: the token store changes are read at service start, and skipping the reboot is the single most common reason people think TSforge "did nothing".
Running KMS38
Same elevated script → KMS38 → done. Verify:
slmgr /xpr
The expiry should read a date in 2038.
Offline Office
Ohook is also fully offline — it never contacts anything. So on an air-gapped box, Ohook for Office and TSforge for Windows is the complete solution, with no network in the picture at all.
Errors specific to offline machines
0xC004F074 appearing on an offline box means something tried a KMS path — you selected Online KMS by mistake. Go back and pick TSforge.
0x80070005 is elevation or Controlled Folder Access, same as anywhere else.
Nothing happens after TSforge — you skipped the reboot. Reboot and re-check slmgr /xpr.
Keeping an offline kit
Store a verified archive alongside your ISO collection with the hash written next to it in a text file. Then a rebuild is: install, copy folder, run, reboot — no network at any point.
